Designed for the Way Members Play
Pitt Meadows offers a walkable, championship-calibre course designed to reward thoughtful play and keep you coming back. The layout strikes a balance between challenge and enjoyment, revealing more nuance with every round rather than wearing thin over time. It is a course built for regular play where familiarity becomes an advantage, and no two rounds feel exactly the same.

The strength of Pitt Meadows lies in its balance. Strategic bunkering, natural framing, and varied hole design create a course that challenges without overwhelming. Players are rewarded for smart decisions, consistent ball striking, and an understanding of how the course evolves throughout the season.
This is not a course that relies on difficulty alone, it’s one that earns its place through playability and depth.

Hole 1 – Par 5
Par 5 dogleg right first hole requires a tee shot aimed at the fairway bunkers. Favouring the left side of the fairway leaves a clear look at the green and your layup area. A two-tiered green surrounded by bunkers awaits your approach shot. Bigger hitters will have a chance at the green in two but requires a precise approach to the narrow opening of the green.

Hole 2 – Par 4
Carrying the pond requires a confident tee shot of 180yds, favour the right side of the pond to give yourself a little more room. On the green, a putt from below the hole will give you your best chance at birdie on this slick green.

Left is automatic bogey, a pot bunker and hazard to the right, the centre of the green sure looks good! Be aware of the swirling winds on this short Par 3.

Hole 4 – Par 5
This three shot par 5 gives you club options off the tee. Laying up short and right of the greenside pond leaves an approach to a large green sloping back to front. For the aggressive player, a carefully placed drive allows for a shot at the green in two, but don’t be short!

Slight dog leg left par 4. A tee shot kept left of the fairway bunker will leave your approach to a green protected by bunkers. Over the green leaves a difficult pitch back to the hole.

Straight away long par 4. There is room short of the green to bounce one up if necessary. The large green sloping from back to front can lead to 3 putts if you don’t judge the speed correctly.

Be aware of the wind on this Par 3, often helping your tee shot. Because of the sloping green, if the pin is at the back, a firm putt is needed to get the ball to the hole.

A tee shot of 200 yds leaves you short of the ponds in the fairway and leaves a mid length approach to the three-tiered green. Find the right tier and you’ve got a shot at birdie.

Hole 9 – Par 4
Finishing the front nine is this slight dog leg left par 4. Out of bounds to the right guards against errant tee shots, a shorter club off the tee may be required. The right to left sloping green is guarded by out of bounds to the right and a very difficult up and down anywhere left of the green.

A ball in the fairway here comes at a premium as the right side is guarded by out of bounds. A ball left of the fairway may be blocked out by trees and leaves a demanding second shot approach to the two-tiered green. Coming up short on your approach leaves a manageable chip to the pin, get your ball on the correct tier for your best chance at making a putt.

Great chance for birdie! Keep your tee shot to the right side of the fairway on this tree lined par 5 and you’ll see the green and landing area for your second shot. Any balls to the left of the fairway will be forced to layup. Landing short on your approach will leave a manageable chip or pitch to the pin at this large green.
