Pitt Meadows Golf Club provides a private, scenic backdrop for your wedding day, set against the Coastal Mountains and conveniently located just minutes from Lougheed Highway. As a member-owned club, it offers a relaxed and welcoming setting for your ceremony, reception, and photography.

Our Event Director will work with you through each step of the planning process to ensure every detail is handled with care. From menu design to the flow of your reception, our focus is on delivering a well-organized, seamless experience so you can enjoy the day with your guests.

From the day we booked until the very end of our reception, Sheena, our coordinator, made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. Words can’t fully capture just how breathtaking the venue is. Our out-of-town guests, many of whom had never experienced British Columbia’s natural beauty, were amazed by the stunning scenery surrounding the course.

Matt, the venue’s exceptional chef, prepared a delicious buffet that received countless compliments from our guests. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared for everyone throughout the evening. We also had several guests with dietary restrictions, and Matt and the kitchen team accommodated every request with ease, making sure everyone could enjoy the meal.

The newly renovated clubhouse was the perfect reception space. Its abundance of natural light created a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the celebration, and the modern updates made it feel elegant while still embracing the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Despite being on an active golf course, golfers never interfered with our day, and we never interfered with theirs.

One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility Sheena gave us to personalize our wedding. She encouraged us to incorporate our own ideas, décor, and unique touches, and at no point did we feel limited or restricted in bringing our vision to life.

Everything simply came together perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend Pitt Meadows Golf Course for any special event, but as a wedding venue, it is truly a hidden treasure. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting or a more dedicated team to help make our day unforgettable."
"We recently had our wedding here. From our first inquiry to the very end our wedding night Sheena and her entire team proved that they truly understand the meaning of exceptional customer service. Our day ran so smoothly and stress free from start to finish because of the professionalism of the entire team. Any small requests we had were met and coordinated beautifully. (We had a donut table instead of traditional cake)
The venue is beautiful and the food was great!
The layout of the 2nd floor is awesome with the different spaces. (ballroom, bar and lounge to the deck) Multiple choices for people to mingle and hang out. Being a nice night the deck was a hit.

"We're so happy we chose Pitt Meadows Golf Club for our wedding! Sheena was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with our wedding (note: some venue coordinators have limited scope so don't take this for granted). We did have some minor hiccups but the venue was professional about it and we greatly appreciate it.

We highly recommend getting the premium buffet - our guests absolutely loved the desserts (my mom is still raving about the cream puff)! Their bacon scallop rolls were a hit at cocktail hour and the cannelloni was really good too.

There are also so many great places to do wedding photos onsite (bridge, majestic tree, etc.)

Finally, the venue is large (dinner is in one room and dancing in the other). At first, I thought this was a bad thing but ended up being a really good feature! 90% of our guests stayed until the very end and I truly believe it's because, for guests who didn't want to dance, they could stay in the dining area and chat the night away with others; without having music blasting in their ears. For those who wanted to dance, did!

We had such a fun night and will be a fond memory we will look back on."
